This Privacy Policy explains how Enigma Salon (Ekvtime Takaishvili St. 71, Batumi, Georgia) and its messaging assistant Enigma Salon Assistant collect and use information when you contact us via Instagram Direct, WhatsApp or Telegram.

1. What we collect

Your name or username and profile identifier in the messenger you use.
The messages you send us (questions about services, prices, booking requests).
Your phone number, if you share it to book an appointment.
Appointment details: service, master, date and time.

We do not collect payment card data, location data or any special categories of personal data.

2. Why we use it

To answer your questions about our services and prices.
To book, confirm, reschedule or cancel your appointment in our booking system (Altegio).
To send you appointment reminders and service messages related to your visit.
To pass your request to a salon administrator when a person is needed.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising profiles.

3. Who processes the data

Meta Platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp) — delivery of messages.
Telegram — delivery of messages.
Altegio — our appointment booking system.
Anthropic — AI model that helps draft replies; messages are processed only to generate a reply and are not used to train models.

4. How long we keep it

Messages and appointment records are kept as long as needed to provide our services and keep a history of your visits, but no longer than 2 years after your last contact, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

5. Data deletion

You can ask us to delete your data at any time:

write "Delete my data" in the same chat (Instagram, WhatsApp or Telegram), or
send a request via WhatsApp: +995 579 265 128.

We will delete your messages and contact details from our assistant and booking system within 30 days and confirm in the same chat. Appointment records required by law (receipts) may be kept for the legally required period.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent to receive messages at any time.
